The Goa Sketch Carnival HUB is the F. L. Gomes Garden in Campal, Panjim. This beautiful space pays tribute to Francisco Luís Gomes, a revolutionary leader, politician, and economist. The HUB will be the main centre for the inaugural function, the art market, demos starting point, and susegad time.
